Hi there. I’m Tina, the founder of Parvanah Wellness. This space is dedicated to supporting women living with invisible illness. I have two things to share with you: (1) you’re not alone, and (2) it  is  possible to live a good life with invisible illness.

Hi there. I’m Tina, the founder of Parvanah Wellness. This space is dedicated to supporting women living with invisible illness.

I have two things to share with you:

  1. you’re not alone, and

  2. it is possible to live a good life with invisible illness.

There’s a lot that I could tell you about me, but what I think matters most is that you know that I’m just like you.

I’ve lived with invisible illness for 25 years (17 of which I went undiagnosed) and in that time I pushed and scraped through 2 degrees, 3 pregnancies, a handful of career moves, and multiple burnouts.
