Wholesale Terms of Sale

Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. All authorized retailers will receive wholesale trade pricing, plus the cost of shipping. Due to the nature of the materials we work with, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Minimum Order

A minimum order of $200 plus shipping is required for orders.

Order Payment

Orders must be paid in full before placed on the production schedule. After the order is submitted you will receive an invoice via Wave Accounting within 2 business days.

Should there be additional shipping charges for any reason, we will send a digital invoice for the additional charges that must be paid before shipment.


All orders within Canada are shipped via XpressPost. *

Orders local to Victoria, BC will be delivered by Parvanah Collective.

Orders to the USA will be shipped via Tracked Packet.*

*Upon submitting your order, please advise if you would like to purchase insurance in excess of $100CAD. The additional cost will be added to your invoice. Email us at wholesale [@] parvanah.com

Production Time

Once we receive and review your order we will contact you to confirm the details an estimated shipment date.

Since our jewelry is made in-house, our production lead time is approximately 2-4 weeks depending on the size of the order and the time of year.

If you require stock sooner, then please email us at wholesale [@] parvanah.com as we may have ready-to-ship pieces available.


Please expect that colour, clarity, and size may vary due to the nature of being handmade using natural materials.


All pieces come with a branded 100% recycled card for display purposes. These cards include a sticker on the back with information about the piece.

Also included are a care instruction card to include with each purchase.

Custom Work

Custom designs are available with pricing dependent on the scope of the project. Please email

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged or defective shipment, then please email us at wholesale [@] parvanah.com within five (5) days of receipt of the package.

Please note that this is within five days of receiving the packing, not within five days of opening the package. Therefore, please ensure that you open your shipment immediately upon its arrival to check your order.

Please keep all packaging, including packaging materials, even if damaged, while we process your return.

Returned merchandise will be repaired or replaced with new merchandise if unable to be repaired.

Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt or if returned without contacting us to report damage or defects as outlined above.

Retailer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Returns & Exchanges

As a small handmade business the pieces in your order are made specifically for your shop. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders.


Under no circumstances may a wholesale client display or sell our products without the packaging or labelling provided.

Under no circumstances may anyone, including but not limited to wholesale clients, represent themselves or another entity as the creator/designer of our pieces in any way.

Evidence of the above will immediately terminate access to wholesale opportunities with Parvanah Collective for the company and the person(s) involved.
