Most items are made-to-order and I aim for shipping within 3-5 days. If you need an order shipped immediately, then please contact me ahead of time to discuss the best option. If there will be a delay in processing, then I will contact you immediately via the email you provide at checkout.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. [Click here] for information from Canada Post on what to do in the event that you don’t receive your package.
All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post’s Expedited Shipping and include tracking and insurance up to $100.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your item is shipped.
At this time the shop is set up to ship to the United States. If you are outside of Canada + the United States, then please contact me and I will send you a quote for shipping.
Packages to the United States are shipped via Canada Post’s Tracked Packet and includes a tracking number and $100CAD insurance. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your item is shipped. Your package’s arrival time may vary since your package will pass through customs. Customs duties and any other fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that this is out of our control.
Returns & Exchanges
I want you to love what you buy and I need to honour the nuances of being a small batch handmade business (entirely run by yours truly). If you are unhappy with your purchase, then please contact me right away to discuss an exchange for another item, or a collection of items, that are equal to or more than the originally purchased item(s), not including tax or shipping.
I offer exchanges on physical products in new condition (unworn and like-new packaging) within 14 days; this excludes items on sale and custom orders. The value of the exchange is on the amount paid for the product itself and does not include shipping cost on the original purchase. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. An exchange will be processed once the item is received by me in new + unused condition.
Please note that I cannot offer a store credit. A custom listing will be posted in my shop to cover the cost of shipping the new item(s) to you and any additional cost if the value is more than the originally purchased item(s).
