WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Below are the details of our wholesale terms and conditions. Please note that we reserve the right to change these wholesale terms at any time without notice, so please do check back here to review prior to placing an order.

Herein, please note that the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “I” refer to Parvanah Collective. The terms “you”, “your”, and “buyer” refer to the wholesale customer.

NEW WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS

All new wholesale accounts are subject to review to ensure that the company is a good fit for Parvanah Collective. Please make sure that you have prior approval from Parvanah Collective to place an order.

We require a PST number to process BC PST tax exemption on orders. If no PST number is submitted prior to the first order, then PST may be included on the invoice.

PRODUCT

NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS

All of our products are handmade with many natural components, therefore making slight variations inevitable. We believe that this adds to the beauty and character of our jewelry and we think you will, too. Below are additional details.

  • Dimensions are approximate and sizes or colours may vary slightly due to the characteristics of handmade products.

  • Sizes, colour, and clarity of gemstones may vary. This may be due to differences in computer monitors, which are not all calibrated equally, and colour reproduction on the Internet, which is not precise. This means that colours could look different depending on what computer and/or browser you're viewing from. We do our very best to make sure that the photos we post are accurate for the piece that we are photographing. Please note that since our components are natural there will be variations in colour (i.e. the stones are not dyed and, therefore, colour isn't uniform) and size (i.e. some are hand-carved or shaped).

SUBSTITUTIONS

  • The components of our jewelry are sourced from our suppliers around the world. As such, at times we may need to substitute a component for the nearest similar alternative. In the event that this happens, we will reach out to you to discuss whether you would like to proceed with the substitute or wait for the original component to become available. If you choose the latter, then we will ship the affected pieces either with the rest of your order or, if the component doesn’t arrive in time, as soon as your pieces are ready to ship.

PRICING

  • The most current price list supersedes any previous pricing or price lists. Please see our wholesale store for current prices. Quotes provided under written or digital catalogues are estimates. Pricing of metal jewelry are subject to change according to the current market rates.

  • Wholesale clients must set the regular price of Parvanah Collective jewelry at the MRSP or higher.

ORDERS

MINIMUMS

First Time Orders: A minimum order of $300CAD is required of all first time buyers.

Returning Customer Orders: Reorder minimum $150CAD. (Please use the link within the Wholesale Headquarters to access the Parvanah Collective reorder presentation on Brandboom.)

ORDER FULFILLMENT

  • Production begins upon receipt of your order and payment.

  • Since we are a small handmade business, we require a 2-4 week lead time for standard orders and reorders. 

  • If an item is not available, then we will email you with available alternatives and an expected time of arrival for your original choice.

    • If we don’t hear back from you within 3 business days, then we will proceed with the items in your order that are available and ship the backordered items upon availability at no extra cost to you. Please note that in this situation, we will not refund you for the items not yet sent; these items will be sent separately when they become available.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Parvanah Collective accepts credit card payments and bank transfers via Wave Accounting.

  • At this time, we do not offer payment terms (e.g. net 30, 60, 90, etc).

RETURNS + DAMAGES

RETURNS & Exchanges

As a small handmade business the pieces in your order are made specifically for your shop. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders.

CANCELING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER

Please note that we do not accept cancellations on orders once payment has been received.

Order changes can be made within 24 hours of submitting the order. Please email us at wholesale [@] parvanah.com

No order changes will be accepted once payment has been received for the order

DAMAGES / DEFECTS / MISSING ITEMS

If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, then please save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days after receipt at wholesale [at] parvanah [dot] com .

Please note that this is within 3 business days after receipt of the package, not within 3 days of the package being opened.

Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced only if the damaged merchandise has been returned to Parvanah Collective within 7 business days of receipt. Please note that no monetary refund will be given; we will only replace with the same item(s) that was/were ordered.

Any items that appear on the invoice and are missing from a shipment must be reported via email to wholesale [at] parvanah [dot] com within 3 business days of receipt of the order . At that time we will ship the missing item(s) to you at no extra cost.

  • If we need to ship you missing item(s), then you are welcome to place an additional order to ship alongside the missing item(s). Please note that if you decide to take advantage of this offer, then your missing items may be delayed until the whole order is ready to ship (i.e. up to 4 weeks).

  • If notification of missing items in an order is not provided within 3 business days of receipt of the order, then the customer is liable for amount due stated on the invoice.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

For Canadian Orders:

  • Orders are sent via Canada Post with tracking and insurance with signature required.

  • If you require a quicker delivery, then please contact us immediately at wholesale [at] parvanah [dot] com so that we can advise on your options and send you an invoice for the additional cost of shipping; order will be shipped once we receive payment for the additional shipping cost.

  • Parvanah Collective is not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation, earthquakes, fires, floods, labour shortage, illness, or civil or military disruption.

For USA Orders:

  • Orders are sent either Canada Post or USPS with tracking, unless otherwise specified. Cost of shipping is dependent on weight, insurance and expediency.

  • Buyer is accountable for shipping & handling fees as well as any potential customs or other fees incurred.

  • If you require a quicker delivery, then please contact us immediately at wholesale [at] parvanah [dot] com so that we can advise on your options and send you an invoice for the additional cost of shipping. Please note that if you also request a rush production of your order, then you will also have the 15% rush order fee in a secondary invoice as noted above.

  • Parvanah Collective is not liable for any customs duties or fees, nor are we liable for any delays due to customs processing or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation, earthquakes, fires, floods, labour shortage, illness, or civil or military disruption.

MERCHANDIZING + CUSTOMER CARE

DISPLAY

For the mutual benefit of our brands and sales, it is your responsibility to maintain a clean environment and display your products from Parvanah Collective in an attractive manner. Failure to maintain a clean and aesthetically pleasing display may result in termination of your wholesale account.

MISREPRESENTATION

Under no circumstances may a wholesale client display or sell our products without the packaging or labelling provided.

Under no circumstances may anyone, including but not limited to wholesale clients, represent themselves or another entity as the creator/designer of our pieces in any way.

Evidence of the above will immediately terminate access to wholesale opportunities with Parvanah Collective for the company and the person(s) involved.

CARE + REPAIR

  • Proper care of Parvanah Collective pieces will greatly increase its lifespan and your customer's satisfaction. See general care instructions here.

  • Although we take great care in making our pieces, we understand that breakages can happen, even when customers are following our care instructions.

Jewelry (not malas):

  • If a piece is damaged by no fault of the customer, then Parvanah Collective will choose to either repair or replace the piece within the first 30 days of the customer’s purchase.

  • Damages occurring after 30 days, or at the liability of the customer (e.g. chipped stone, bent metal), will be subject to a repair fee (see below).

Malas:

  • If, under "normal wear and tear"*, a mala necklace or bracelet breaks within the first 21 days of purchase then we will restring it for free. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Since our malas are OOAK if there are missing beads then we may need to supplement a different bead for the missing one. 

  • Damages occurring after 21 days, or at the liability of the customer, will be subject to a repair fee (see below).

REPAIRS

  • Repair fees are subject to per-piece fees depending on the severity of the damage.

  • Repairs that occur within the warranty time frame have their shipping covered by Parvanah Collective.

  • Repairs that occur outside of the warranty time frame require shipping to be covered by the customer.

  • Parvanah Collective reserves the right to review and authorize the final assessment of the damaged piece(s).

  • If a mala necklace or bracelet breaks after the first 21 days of purchase then it can be restrung for a fee of $25CAD + supplies for necklaces and $15CAD + supplies for bracelets. Please note that since our malas are OOAK if there are missing beads then we may need to supplement a different bead for the missing one. 

AGREEMENT

By submitting an order and making a payment to Parvanah Collective, you hereby state that you have read, understand, and comply fully with the listed terms & conditions by Parvanah Collective. You agree to comply fully with Parvanah Collective’s terms and conditions for the entire duration that you carry and sell Parvanah Collective products.
